The new free service will enhance the two wheels experience for riders visiting the Bikeland thanks to the collaboration between APT Val di Sole and the innovative start-up MOWI. All the information on trails and their accessibility, always at hand
The official start of the 2021 season in Val di Sole is getting closer, with the Bike Park Val di Sole opening in Daolasa di Commezzadura (Trentino, Northern Italy) scheduled on Saturday, June 5th.
While awaiting the big day for the gravity lovers, Val di Sole Bikeland announces an important novelty for the bikers eager to explore the beautiful landscapes of the Val di Sole on a bike. Thanks to the partnership between the Val di Sole Tourism Board and MOWI, an innovative start-up from Trentino, the Val di Sole visitors can use MOWI BIKE, a new app service designed to explore and enjoy the Bikeland at its best.
MOWI Bike is a service designed for bike areas like Val di Sole Bikeland. Free for download, the "MOWI BIKE" App provides visitors with all the information on trails (profile, planimetry, technical details and route conditions) and lifts (dates and times of opening and closure, including special opening and closures).
Also, the MOWI BIKE Patrol service gives the bike area managers the opportunity to receive information and real-time alerts from the users, and to provide updates to the bikers on the trails.
"The development and growth of our bike offer is our constant goal" – said the Director of the Val di Sole Tourism Board Fabio Sacco. – "The partnership with MOWI BIKE is very strategic for Val di Sole as the service enhances bikers' safety while exploring our land".
"We are very happy with the new partnership with Val di Sole", commented MOWI BIKE's Project Manager Kocis Miggiano. – "It is an exciting challenge for us. The bikers' safety is our main priority, and we want to make the Bikeland visitors’ experience even more special".
