The Val di Sole Bike Park in Commezzadura announced a special opening from June 2nd to 5th, when the IMBA Europe Summit will also be on in Val di Sole. The Bike Park will be open non-stop (08.30/17.15 CET) through the whole month of August. The Bike Park Ponte di Legno-Tonale opens its gates on June 11th
In less than two months, Val di Sole's summer season will be in its full, with Mountain Bike again at the core of the activity, and it could not be otherwise for a valley that lives for off-road cycling.
The two-wheel season will start on Thursday, June 2nd, with a special opening (until Sunday, June 5th) of Bike Park Val di Sole in Daolasa di Commezzadura (Trentino, Northern Italy), contemporary to the 2022 IMBA Europe Summit (June 1-4) and the Val di Sole BikeFest, the new cycling festival in Val di Sole: a varied and inclusive three-day event where bikers can live fantastic experiences, plunging into a territory born to welcome the lovers of cycling, among bike tests, food&drink areas, bike tours and events for youngsters.
The special opening of the Val di Sole Bike Park also coincides with the kick-off of the summer season for the Alpe Daolasa hut, located at 2000 meters asl.
From June 11th to September 25th, the Bike Park Val di Sole stay open every day (08.30-12.45 CET and 14.00-17.15 CET). For the first time in August, the Bike Park will observe a non-stop schedule, from 08.30 to 17.15 CET.
The Daolasa 1 (open until September 25th) and Daolasa 2 (open until September 18th) cableways will give access to the Val di Sole Bike Park tracks.
On Saturday, June 11th, the Bike Park PontediLegno-Tonale will also open its gates (08.30/16.30 CET). Bike Park Pontedilegno-Tonale is the first family-friendly Bike Park in Trentino, thanks to its courses also suitable for kids.
With four technical and challenging trails, at Bike Park Val di Sole the gravity lovers have the opportunity to follow the wake of the Downhill stars, waiting to see them live during the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup “Grand Finale” (September 2-4).
Wild Grizzly, Golden Eagle and White Wolf are the three red tracks in the Bike Park, whilst the legendary Black Snake is obviously the most iconic and challenging of the whole valley. Next September, the Black Snake will host the UCI World Cup final round after assigning the World Champion crowns in the 2021 season.
