Stands must be set-up from 8 a.m. antill 5.30 p.m oh Thursday 29^th June and from 8 a.m. untill 12 noon on Friday 30^th June.

Up to 10 m² : 75 €/m²
From 10 m² to 30 m² : 70 €/m²
Over 30 m² : 65 €/m²
Power supply 1 Phase 16A (Typical 220V) : 130 €
Power supply 3 Phase 16A : 170 €
Power supply 3 Phase 32A : 260 €
Power supply 3 Phase 63A : 400 €

Security	Overnight security is provided at the venue by organiser June 29^th - July 1^st, 2023. The security team will be providing surveillance throughout the team/teach/expo village.

Price calculator

All stand must be rectangular or square. Stands will normally adjoin other stands, so if vehicles are included in the stand space, then you must book enough space to remove the vehicles without affecting neighbouring stands.
The ground surface of the area is gravel, asphalt or grass.

Notes

PAYMENT: advanced payment is required.
CANCELLATION:
Before May 29^th 2023 (11:59 pm) = 50% of the total amount will be refunded
After May 29^th 2023 (11:59 pm) = a refund will not be provided

It is not possible to dismantle your stand before the finish of the last competition on Sunday or a 250 euro fine will be issued.
