All stand must be rectangular or square. Stands will normally adjoin other stands, so if vehicles are included in the stand space, then you must book enough space to remove the vehicles without affecting neighbouring stands.

Deadline to submit your paddock booking is Sunday 28^th May 2023. Any bookings to be placed after this deadline will incur an additional €250 fee to their invoice.

Booking of Space and confirmation:
Also obligation to pay on site: if only partial or no use of the space booked or early departure.

Notes

PAYMENT: advanced payment is required

It is not possible to dismantle your stand before the start of the last competition on Sunday or a 250 € fine will be issued.

Water	A dedicated bike wash area is supplied.It's not allowed to wash bike at the team & expo area.
Security	Overnight security is provided at the venue by the organiser June 26^th - July 2^nd, 2023. The security team will be providing surveillance throughout the team/teach/expo village.
